Description
X MUSE, pronounced ‘tenth muse’, is made from two heritage barley varieties, Plumage Archer and Maris Otter. Each is distilled separately and then blended in precise quantities, a method inspired by the spirit making traditions of Scotland.
The water is drawn from an ancient aquifer beneath Jupiter Artland, a sculpture park outside of Edinburgh. Jupiter Artland is both the spiritual home of X MUSE and the place where the brand’s identity and philosophy were formed.
X MUSE can be sipped and savoured straight, or on the rocks but it is also an inspirational starting point for both classic and creative vodka cocktails.
Cooked apple and cider on the nose, honey, malt and biscuit on the palate, a long dry finish.
